Responsibilities :

  •  The Project Manager manages projects from initiation through completion, assuring deadlines and quality standards are met, project risks are identified and mitigated, and project participants receive timely and accurate communications regarding the status of the project. As the client’s primary point of contact during the life of the project, the Project Manager bears significant responsibility in ensuring a positive customer experience, maintaining project scope, and verifying that project deliverables are met.
  •  Acts as a hands on Software Program Manager, working across multiple core teams, Scrum teams and functional engineering teams
  •  Handling multiple ongoing engagements, while maintaining the highest personal and team standards of quality, on time delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding both client and team member expectations, to build a lasting relationship beyond the completion of any single project.
  •  Experience managing projects that utilize both onshore and offshore software development resources


  •  Welcome only Thai nationality with B.S. degree/Master degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  •  7+ years of experience as a Program / Project Manager, managing software projects with strong leadership and presence
  •  Prior experience managing complex technical projects interfacing with software engineering and quality assurance teams
  •  Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with development of Software or E-commerce or Digital Platform or Digital Transformation
  •  Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral in English
  •  Highly-developed communication and negotiation skills, commensurate with managing high-profile projects.
  •  Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside customer and suppliers
  •  Knowledge of project methodology (PMI, APM, Prince2 and/or SCRUM)
  •  Ability to travel as needed (locally and internationally)
