Responsibilities :
- Manages all sales & marketing for surgical & instrument products.
- Analyses, plans, implements and controls sales & marketing strategies to attain company objectives.
- Efficient control of the P&L expenses in line with plan to ensures a maximum profit with the best utilization of available resources.
- Implementation of the Promotional and Business strategy.
- Contribute to develop employees skills together with company training / development plans.
- Provide support to team members (Motivation, Training, Administrative, etc.).
- Perform Marketing Intelligence activities to anticipate competitive moves.
- Develop tight relations with key opinion leaders in his market.
- Maintain continual contacts with the commercial customers.
- Follow up of competitive activities and commercial strategies.
- Ensure continuing favorable relationships with agents, direct distributors, public relations programs for the business throughout all markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or related field, Preferred in Master Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing & sales management with MNC Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industries.
- People management and interpersonal skills.
