Field Service Engineer (90-100K)
Our Client
A Leading Global Healthcare Company

Responsibilities :

  •  Travel in SEA countries to install/troubleshoot/maintain company capital equipment.
  •  Provide technical product training and basic user training as needed.
  •  Identify and analyze equipment failures, replace and repair equipment as needed.
  •  Support customer centric programs like shows and workshops as needed.
  •  Remote assist customer/FCE/Sales to resolve technical issues, and escalate to line supervisor if needed.
  •  Summarize frequent issues, main causes and optimized solutions for the service data analysis.
  • Maintain the field knowledge matrix, including work instructions, flow charts, layout, commission procedure, bulletin, and related technical documentation.
  •  Work with multiple teams to implement Service SOP.
  •  Document the service record as well as issues in clear manner.
  •  Flexible in filling other project roles as required.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree with 3-5yrs technical working experience in medical device industry
  •  Have extensive knowledge on hardware, software, network as well as physics, while demonstrate strong hands-on skill on troubleshooting and following the work instruction
  •  Understand technical specifications of medical equipment used in CathLab, while clinical fundamental could be a plus.
  •  Familiar with medical device industry standards, such as ISO13485 and IEC60601.
  •  Need to be a good listener to really understand questions, especially over the phone, and help solve them.
  •  Be cooperative team player: many works will need the cross-functional team support.
  •  Willing to work under stress and tight time demand, can take overtime when needed.
  •  Be able to travel extensively in SEA up to 60%, even on last-minute notice.
  •  Fluent in English is a must in both oral and written communication.
