Responsibilities :

To be able to proceed the following job with having a sense of ownership as a partner of plant managements among AP region
1. Leading plants

•  Support and work with plant managements among AP region to achieve current and future manufacturing goals and initiatives.
•  Proactively engage with plant managements through budget planning/control and monitoring on KPI's.
•  As an expert of industrial engineering, giving clear cut solution for issues/problems in plant with on-site analysis when problem is found out from KPI trends.
•  Organizing regional meeting with plant managements among AP region to let them understand business environment and strategies.

2. Organizing & Communication

•  As a secretary function of division’s director, organizing meeting among division.
•  Organizing establishment of mid-term plan, yearly plan, and budget including preparation presentation material.
• As a management of IE team, build policy, mid-term plan and yearly plan and let subordinates understand including follow up closely in order to achieve target.
•  Organizing and planning IE team, strategy, implementation plan, budget and administration as a management of IE team.

3. Subordinate Development

•  Conduct, monitor, teaching, coaching and develop IE staffs to be professional IE

Qualifications:

•  At least 12 years of working experience in IE field
•  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related filed
•  More than 10 years working experience in the field of management in manufacturing is preferable
•  Experience in demonstrating Industrial engineering capabilities of strong leadership, analytical thinking, presentation, communication and problem solving
•  Experience in management of manufacturing such as establish mid-term plan, yearly plan, following up achievement of KPI's
•  Experience in set up Strategic plant management KPI's.
•  Experience in deep analysis and problem solving on production process in order to achieve production planning/ cost target.
•  Excellent command both in Thai and English
