Responsibilities:

•  Provides leadership and supervision to IT operation team including IT infrastructure, Application, Helpdesk team, ensuring that appropriate skilled resources are in place to meet required service levels.
•  Build IT operation strategy and contributes to the proper selection of technologies by providing information on advanced and appropriate technology, systems analysis and software acquisition.
•  Manage business expectations and keep business aligned to business requirements and global policy
• Review, prepare and control IT budget
•  Lead the IT function, implement and control IT policies/standards
• Manage and coach team member

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor Degree in IT related / Master Degree is an advantage with Thai nationality
•  At least 8 years of working experiences in IT/FMCG/Retails industry and 5 years in managerial level
• Knowledgeable in ERP application, JD Edwards/SAP/Oracle, Salesforce, CRM, Outlook office365 system, computer communication
•  Budget development and oversight experience
• Familiarity with retail/FMCG business  Leadership skills and strong communication skills (English & Thai)
