Responsibilities:

 To provide proposal preparation, pre and post sales technical product assistance, training and education
support to customers.
 Manage and assist in the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/
markets or over a range of established accounts.
 Provide in depth technical product assistance to customers and sales executives.
 Manages and conducts customer training classes, expanding customer’s product understanding, maximizing
customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

 Thai Nationality
 Degree, preferably at advance level in business, industrial engineering or computer science
 More than 8 years of "pre-sales" and/or ERP consulting experience
 Excellent knowledge of the ERP market segment, e-Business, Supply Chain Management and Customer
Relationship Management
 Preferably some of those years in manufacturing industry
 Strong functional and industry knowledge particularly in Automotive, Electronics, or F&B
 Solid business background and interest in modern management with strong communication (verbal and
written), analytical, and consulting skills
 Sound knowledge and practice in Solution Selling and Value Based Selling
 Exceptional presentation skills with ability and confidence in articulating strategic vision for our solution
offerings to prospect/customer
 Excellent command of written and spoken English
