Responsibilities:
To provide proposal preparation, pre and post sales technical product assistance, training and education
support to customers.
Manage and assist in the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/
markets or over a range of established accounts.
Provide in depth technical product assistance to customers and sales executives.
Manages and conducts customer training classes, expanding customer’s product understanding, maximizing
customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality
Degree, preferably at advance level in business, industrial engineering or computer science
More than 8 years of "pre-sales" and/or ERP consulting experience
Excellent knowledge of the ERP market segment, e-Business, Supply Chain Management and Customer
Relationship Management
Preferably some of those years in manufacturing industry
Strong functional and industry knowledge particularly in Automotive, Electronics, or F&B
Solid business background and interest in modern management with strong communication (verbal and
written), analytical, and consulting skills
Sound knowledge and practice in Solution Selling and Value Based Selling
Exceptional presentation skills with ability and confidence in articulating strategic vision for our solution
offerings to prospect/customer
Excellent command of written and spoken English
