Responsibilities :

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES :
• Assist in the development of Thailand’s Business plans to ensure profitability and quality aligned and business expectations
• Effectively manage profit & loss
• Plan, lead and encourage, develop and motivate operational resources by providing a clear understanding of business strategies and objectives
• Effectively communicate between senior management & employees & contract labor employees to ensure profitability and quality aligned and Thailand’s business expectations
• Build relationships with internal customers, external customers, and supplier in order to maximize business satisfaction and profitability
• Drive Quality, productivity and cost efficient initiatives that promote accountability and competitiveness
• Ensure continued compliancy environmental, Health and Safety requirements throughout Thailand’s Law
• Provide effective leadership to develop team members with a view to establishing succession planning
• Effectively manage operational team performance through development of KPIs, periodic and annual performance appraisals
• Accurately manage company assets
• Manage all operational aspects of the Quality System

PRINCIPAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACTIVITIES :

• Provide a safe working environment for employees, contract labor employees, contractors and visitors.
• Ensure all operations are carried out effectively and safely in accordance with Business OH&S policies and procedures.
• Assess any safety and environmental issues / risks within the workplace and ensure adequate controls are initiated.
• Be involved in all accident / incident investigations.
• Be actively involved in Safety Management Committee processes and conduct safety meeting once a month.
• Maintain diligent OH&S documentation, records and files.
• Ensure OH&S training and maintain OH&S training documentation, records and files for all employees, contract labor employees.
• Ensure all staffs are trained, instructed and competent in executing business OH&S policies, processes and procedures

PRINCIPAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ACTIVITIES:
• Ensure the processes needed for quality management system (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained (including internal/external auditing)

• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization, and ensure customer requirements reflected in internal quality processes
• Report to management on the performance of the QMS and any needs for improvement
• Proactively lead the promotion & monitoring of standardized quality practices & disciplines through the organization and with its associates – ensure adequate training to leaders & associates.
• Implement quality tools & systems to improve QMS and quality performance in accordance with corporate and/or business requirements.

PRINCIPAL PURCHASING ACTIVITIES:
• The negotiation of purchasing contracts and managing supplier relationships and service level agreements whilst ensuring the best possible supply and purchasing arrangements.
• To accurately manage inventory levels (including consumables) through analysis and forecasting, including regular review and management of slow and obsolete goods.
• Working together with internal and external to ensure stock is available allowing for supply lead times.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including reports and analysis of cost information.
• Coordinating all imports and exports ensuring appropriate documentation is provided.
• Supply timely information to the Finance department to allow the efficient processing of supplier invoices and month-end reporting.
• Awareness and management of relevant legal requirements, conflict of Interest.
• Developing and improving processes to improve both the procurement and the inventory control functions

PRINCIPAL FACILITY & MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES:
• Lead the maintenance excellence team throughout the rollout of the work management process.
• Drive the culture change from a reactive to a proactive environment.
• Manage all resources required to execute notifications and backlogs in order to maintain highest machine uptime.
• Manage spare parts supporting repair line at optimum level and cost.
• Establish safety driven culture.
• Ensure adequate training is provides for all technician employees.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
• Ensure continued performance of Operational responsibility against established Operational and Business objectives and controls.
• Effectively manage operational team performance aligned to developed performance measures inclusive of periodic and annual performance appraisals
• Reduction in Lost Time Injuries.
• Reduction in Lost Time Frequency Rates

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor degree in related fields (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain business, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in management level
•  Experience in lean manufacturing or/and would be advantage
•  Possess a proven” hand on” leadership skill set within an Operational/ Manufacturing environment.

•  Strong interpersonal, conflict management, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
•  Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•  Possess excellent interpersonal skills, possessing an ability to communicate at all levels across the Business
•  Be a committed, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage functional responsibilities despite geographical boundaries
•  Possess an openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence others
•  Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement
