Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Regional Account Plans for specified Brand Owners, Key Accounts or Distributors. These plans will be rolled up to form global strategies if required
- Creation and execution of milestones for each qualified account with assistance from the appropriate TI, marketing, operational and commercial resources
- Develop distribution strategy within the designated region
- Management of distribution network in coordination with local commercial teams
- Attend appropriate Conferences, Trade Shows and Exhibitions to promote existing and new Specialties products of the appropriate corporate account
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition and provide continuous feedback to designated marketing personnel.
- Assist in development of best practices for corporate accounts program globally
- Promote new products, technologies and services to create demand pull-through.
- Determine market needs from applicable partner, for existing innovations and development of future new products
- Create Marketing Materials for targeting Influencers at the appropriate designated structure (co-packers for brand owners) Coordinate across divisions
- Analyze and determine viability of Specialty products
- Create key distributor network to advance Specialties products as directed by the global team
- Define and provide a business case for the region to gauge investment and regional profit viability for selected product categories
- Develop and manage active distributor relationships including budgetary and forecasting responsibilities Key Accounts
- Manage delegated accounts in the region
- Accountable to manage budgetary and forecasting needs of the customer
- Representative of the region for global meetings
- Maintain executive level management with key players within the designated customer base
- Maintain prospect (new opportunities) call plan of 9 new brand owner calls per year Brand Owners
- Develop Strategic Sales Plan for designated brands on a global basis, in coordination with the local sales teams, to meet key Divisional objectives. Execute this plan through the Global Corporate Accounts Team and local sales teams.
- Develop strong relationships with Brand Owners to “pull though” demand and specify through their printer/converter partners.
- Influencing without authority, commercial, operation and business personnel associated with managing and successfully developing necessary relationships with the Corporate Account


- Extensive knowledge of specified specialty products
- Experience in understanding customer needs and future opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S) or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in business or marketing preferred
- A leader with appropriate industry experience, in designated products aligned with the Specialties product group.
- An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player.
- Experience in cross regional communication and collaboration
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics.
- Ability to adapt and learn new product portfolios
