Our Client
Our client is a leading food & beverage manufacturer in Thailand.
The company is now looking for a right candidate for the position of Head of Sales – Thailand who will lead and drive sales in both modern trade and general trade.

Report to
SVP – Domestic Branded Business

Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of sales functions, focusing on modern trade and traditional trade channels.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPI targets are achieved in short, medium and long terms.
  • Manage, enhance and strengthen business partnerships with the largest accounts in all areas.
  • Lead all account team activities to achieve KPIs.
  • Leverage and implement Account Business Plans, Business Reviews, Marketing Activity Plans and Programs in line with the company’s account objectives.
  • Initiate sales strategies to ensure sales and company targets are achieved.
  • Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage and monitor sales team performance.
  • Oversee company product displays in stores and ensure attractive displays.
  • Oversee and manage trading term agreements and negotiations.
  • Lead demand planning by using historical data and activity plans by account.
  • Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Develop Sales Team to ensure that monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
  • Coach and foster a teamwork environment.


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, economics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience of sales / key account management within traditional trade and modern trade channels, with strong sales achievement.
  • Experience from multinational FMCG industry would be an advantage.
  • Proven strong leadership and proactive.
  • Strong negotiation skill.
  • Possess strategic thinking, analytical and initiative skills.
  • Possess integrity.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
