Our Client
One of the Leading International Consumer Electronics Company


  • The Continuous Improvement Manager is required to deliver and drive projects for the Business as defined by the SVP and Executive Team East Asia.
  • The Continuous Improvement Manager will be expected to lead and/or participate in these projects and work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders when required.
  • The Continuous Improvement Manager will be trained in company’s Continuous Improvement project management methodology and will train, coach and lead the implementation of this methodology across the East Asia business.
  • The candidate should be able to deliver to the needs by:
    • Having capabilty and skills to deliver projects in a professional manner.
    • Lead project post implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
    • Having the ability to be trained and train other business leaders in CI methodology.
    • Have strong business accumen and process understanding.
    • Lead business and process reviews to challenge the status quo and lead change within the business to drive profitable growth, innovation and operational excellence.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Senior Finance role with a strong understanding of business processes
  • Process improvement subject matter expertise: Six Sigma Black Belt
  • A background within the White Goods / Consumer Goods industry
