North and South area


  • Develop short and long-term regional business plan and execute effectively within budget to achieve national business objective
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their individual objective
  • Manage team members, regional performance, investment, and all analysis by leverage relevant tools, systems, and technology efficiently
  • Manage team member continuity. Retain and develop talents
  • Manage and develop performance of medical delegate team to provide accurate scientific and nutrition information to health care professionals, features, benefits and appropriate usage within WHO Code, company’s policies & instructions, and local legislations
  • Develop, plan, and execute area strategy to achieve the regional business objectives by maximizing company resources in the most effective and efficient manner
  • Coach, develop, and recommend solution to team members to solve difficulties and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure that all implementations are in line with plan
  • Ensure full compliance to WHO Code, company’s policies and Instructions and local legislation
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent medical delegates


  • Bachelor degree in Medical science and 100% integrity in qualification.
  • 3 years experiences in hospital channel and managing team
  • Strong in people and project management
  • Business plan, monitoring, analysis, and strategy
  • Leadership & coaching principles
  • Computer Literacy
  • Good command in English
  • Ability to travel
  • Area of responsibility : North and South region
