Report to
Senior HR Manager


  • Execution of HR Processes, Policies and Practices

Support line managers/employees in the assigned client group on administering key HR processes

such as talent resourcing, hiring and selection, on-boarding of new employees, performance management, development planning, talent review and succession planning are performed by line managers in compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Execute agreed HR programs/activities in the assigned client group and ensure evaluations of HR

activities are carried out

  • Employee Champion

Take active role being employee champion to get insights from employees’ perspective on organization climate and business changes.

Provide employee insights to line manager as inputs for developing HR interventions.

  • HR Teamwork

Cooperate with and support different team members within HR Division to drive standardization and

consistency of HR processes, policies and practices across the organization

  • Business Control and Compliance

Perform HR policies and process execution within the assigned area of responsibilities and fully comply with internal/external audit as well as company group’s governance

  • Budget control

The jobholder ensures proper monitoring of expenditures against budget, looking for the best relation cost/benefit.

  • Specific accountabilities

Support direct line manager in delivering the agreed specific projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experiences in functions of  Human Resources including Recruitment and Selection, Manpower Planning, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, Retention and administrative procedures.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy.
