Country Manager


  • Present and sell interventional cardiovascular devices to hospitals across Thailand, including but not limited to regular visiting, deliver the product selling points and key message to doctors and related customers, prepare and make presentation to cath lab team
  • Explore and have a complete knowledge of the whole Thailand market and competitors’ information, set a reasonable annual sales target, develop business expansion strategies for existing and potential markets
  • Coach and lead the sales team to achieve the quarterly and annual target. Find and solve the internal and external problem and facilitate the growth of team member and performance. Spread the enterprise culture and strengthen the local team building
  • Prepare proposals, quotation and sales contracts
  • Screen and manage distributors to help increase sales revenue
  • Collaborate with internal team or distributors for local marketing activities planning and execution
  • Keep up on product knowledge, feedback company with rational suggestions


  • Direct hands on experience on medical devices for cardiology
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related is preferred
