Report to
Business Franchise Head – Cardio Metabolic


  • Develops and implements the business strategy for self-pay channel (both ethical and OTC) to meet customer needs; drives the creation and execution of business plans within each area to deliver the required business results; manages operating budget and allocates resources as required to achieve business plans
  • Develops and leads an integrated private business planning process to identify opportunities to increase strategic product sales
  • Develops in-depth understanding of the private market environment and customers; communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders in order to develop new business strategies
  • Leads the work of developing effective and enduring customer relationships; personally takes responsibility for strong relationships with the most significant customers and stakeholders in the private channel
  • Works cross functionally (especially Marketing and Account Manager Team) to ensure consistent execution of strategy and delivery of results
  • Be capable to manage 3rd party sales and marketing team. Monitor and implementing marketing programs regarding promotion, PR programs, trade merchandise and advertising campaigns conduct as per marketing plans
  • Be able to create innovative ideas with modest budgets, willingness to be in touch with retailers and consumers regularly
  • Provides inspirational leadership and coaching to direct reports (both medical representative and manager level), creates a culture of high performance, learning and development
  • Special assignments from company, if necessary 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or any related, MBA is preferable
  • Minimum 3+ years in marketing experiences and 3+ years in sales experiences in multi-national pharmaceutical companies
  • Extensive experience in marketing of brand to consumers in the field of Thailand Drugstore market is preferable
  • Possess a good understanding of both modern and traditional trade channels
  • Good communication, presentation skills, office computer skills ( Word, Excel &  Power point)
  • Fluent English spoken & written – Advanced
