Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth consumer knowledge and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders        
  • Develop clear and inspiring Brand Essence and Vision (developed or applied from SBU / GMB)                 
  • Deliver tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within category in a way that contributes to CSV      
  • Collaboration with Category / channel and Customer teams, shopper experiences that delight consumers / shoppers    
  • Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation 
  • Develop strong, functionally aligned brand plans leading to outstanding execution      
  • Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts
  • Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of team

Qualifications

  • Minimum hold of Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related fields
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing field – FMCG is preferred
  • Proven track records in developing marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of English
