Supply Chain Director is responsible for directing an organization's overall supply chain operations, maximizing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the demands and continuous manufacturing operation. This position will execute strategic programs in planning, selection of vendors, inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and distribution of finished goods.

  • Work closely with sales and manufacturing team to synchronize demand & supply whilst focusing on the customer service level and inventory
  • Manage demand planning team to analyze a scientifically based forecast with historical data, in order to advise and challenge sales team when agreeing the overall business demand for all markets
  • Ensure effective supply plan is developed and considered all production constraints, costs and inventory targets
  • Lead S&OP process, effective inventory management, SKU rationalization, productivity improvement and order fulfillment process
  • Improve buying efficiency through sourcing process, material replenishment, and supplier development program. Work cross functional to reduce raw material and packaging material cost, and setting up short-long term buying contracts.
  • Continuously seek for the optimization on distribution operation such as new third party logistic, distribution routing optimization, distribution center, new importation model, etc.
  • Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize the strategic benefits
  • Ensures that issues regarding the products are resolved in a timely and cost-efficient manner.


  • Extensive supply chain management experience in manufacturing environment, covering demand & supply planning, replenishment, procurement, and operations.
  • Experienced in logistics, and import & export process is preferred.
  • Experienced using ERP
