Regional HR Manager (Indian)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full function of recruitment activities for Example: Manpower planning, sourcing, advertising, selection process, interviewing, and offering the job in order to get the right person in timeline period.
  • Prepare the post interviewing process (contract signing, reference check).
  • Deal with Line Manager for the recruitment process, selection process and manpower planning.
  • Perform exit interview and report employee’s turnover.
  • Other HR works to achieve HR strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Male or female, age not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resource management, psychology or any related fields.
  • At least 5 years experiences in recruitment field.
  • Strong human relations and people management skills. 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Proactive, high responsibility, positive attitude, self-motivated, good team work and have a good service-minded.
  • Interviewing technique and recruitment Skills.
