Responsibilities

  • Formulate and localise sales strategy, action plan, activity and roll out the plan for own territory
  • Independently develop an annual business plan to be aligned with marketing and sales strategies
  • Ensure representatives develop a key account strategy for each major customer group
  • Manage and ensure Sales force to support overall sales strategies for short, medium and long-term success
  • Prepare and monitor the expense budget and ensure Sales force  budgets are within agreed limits
  • Lead in developing sales team tactical to align and support marketing strategy and sales direction
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive and maximise business performance
  • Ensure representatives develop a key account strategy for each major customer group
  • Build and maintain an effective relationship with customers and business partners
  • Monitor all competitive products in the market via market research, close rapport with KOLs and customers, and regular discussion and fieldwork with field force
  • Co-ordinate with related functions to develop/implement strategic initiative/ event/ communication to customer 
  • Ensure individual sales capability development through PFS programs
  • Ensure all sales activities are complied with industry Code of Conduct (PReMA) and company standards (SOP)
  • Ensure individual competency development and career advancement
