Report to
Head of Talent & OD


  • To conduct analytics on talent capability and provide data-driven insights /recommendations to inform smarter talent planning
  • To collaborate HRBPs (incl. factory HRs) to understand business clients' needs and identify solutions, resources, consultation approaches and intervention.
  • To consider market trends and research, benchmark and introduce external best practice as appropriate to continuously improve the market´s talent management approach
  • To work closely with HRBPs to challenge and support their BU/ Function’s talent management agendas and building their talent management expertise;
  • To work closely with HRBPs to build up strategy for functional talent pools (e.g. Marketing, Sales, CCSD, Supply Chain, F&C, etc.)
  • To support the facilitation of Market Talent Days
  • To drive the development and implementation of the market talent plan by working with HRBPs and functional and divisional resource groups to ensure that the key talent priorities at a functional and divisional level are identified and addressed
  • To co-operate closely with Training and Learning team as appropriate, to design development interventions (training, coaching, mentoring etc.)
  • To drive the execution, analysis, and management key related process e.g. Talent Cycle, Line Manager Capability Building, 360 feedback, Performance Management, etc
  • To manage talent accelerator initiatives (e.g., executive coaching; mentoring; rotational assignments); track & measure progress against these initiatives & collaborate with HRBPs to make recommendations and ensure sustainability
  • To measure, track, and analyze key OD initiatives (e.g., capability and development programs, career models and change management efforts) and help develop new mechanisms to better assess outcomes and overall impact on business
  • To assist the development of a robust and adaptable change management and communications plan for organizational initiatives
  • To ensure the completeness and accuracy of talent data within the TPMS (based on legal and IT necessities) in order to support all local and global talent reviews in time
  • To provide user training TPMS for HRBP and line managers to strengthen their role as functional talent managers and to ensure that Corporate talent management guidelines are consistently applied
  • To monitor budget of department. Develops and implement controlling and reporting for dept. Measurement of success through KPIs.
  • To conduct necessary research on various topics / items
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • To drive the deployment and adoption of our Global Engagement Survey and action planning efforts through executing strategic communications, monitoring impact of employee engagement strategies and tracking execution of corporate engagement plans
  • To work in partnership with HR community and leaders to develop corporate engagement strategies and deployment plans (aligning top down and bottoms up action planning efforts).

  • • Corporate strategy and roadmap for Trainees program

    • Assessment Center

    • Communication and activities to attract the right group of candidates

    • Engagement plan with universities and communities with targeted candidates

  • To assess development needs then create and execute an on-boarding and learning roadmap designed for Management Trainees
  • To design and execute trainings, processes and communications for line managers to ensure they are prepared to manage, develop and assess Management Trainees
  • To provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to line managers and Management Trainees and support inquiries as needed.
  • To provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to HR community
