Report to
Total Rewards Manager – Indochina and Pakistan


Role: Provides support to Total Rewards Senior Manager in:

  • Managing C&B processes for the Thailand MUs such as performance management, salary planning, and C&B programs
  • Driving Thailand C&B priorities and be custodian for C&B activities for the Thai MU offices
  • Developing C&B employee communications within the Thai MU offices
  • Recommending C&B policies and procedures with the aim of attracting and retaining talent
  • Aligning HR processes and programs with strategic direction of the business


  • Develop and maintain Job Evaluation process and database
  • Maintain up-to-date HR handbook and ensure consistency
  • Keep up-to-date on emerging compensation trends and practices, industry development and laws and regulations related to the administration of compensation and benefits
  • Review and provide recommendations on improvements to the various current benefits plans to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Organize and promote Health Roads and Work-life Balance programs
  • Roll out of new C&B programs and implementation end to end support in employee communication and roll outs
  • Support the design and delivery of efficient and effective employee communications relating to all C&B programs such as changes in compensation or implement new benefits plans
  • Provide input and assistance to MU HR on compensation and benefits issues arising from the functional group and the employees
  • Liaise with Region and Sector COE as required to ensure processes implemented effectively
  • Liaison and management of Service Level Agreements with the appointed service providers  
  • Provide G&A / Planning support during AOP / Periodic Forecast / SBP for management reporting and data analysis and to ensure people costs stay within G&A plan
  • Drive implementation of core recognition programs across Thai MUs 


  • Degree level education, preferably in HR or business discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years HR experience including; total rewards management, compensation and benefits management, HRIS, payroll and talent acquisitions
  • Knowledge of Job Grading, Job Evaluation methodology (Mercer or Hay is preferred), benchmarking and workforce planning
  • Solid functional HR experience with good understanding of the commercial business, including change management skills & cross-functional/ matrix working in a MNC/FMCG
  • Ability to coach and lead team with credibility, strong influence and interpersonal skills
  • Project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
