  • Involve in the formulation of Company's vision, direction and Business Strategy
  • Formulate the functional strategy and goal and budgeting to be in-line with the Company's and proposed for approval
  • Ensure and execute finance strategy according to Company's policy and direction
  • Lead the development, preparation and presentation of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Review the operations of the business units, making analysis and recommendation to management in order to deliver profit targets
  • Provide commercially sound financial and business input to support management in decision making and evaluation of strategic options
  • Oversee financial processes and reporting across the business as well as manage preparation of financial reports in compliance with local and corporate statutory guidelines
  • Manage credit control policies and working capital to maximize cash flow generated from operations
  • Improve shared services model and review and improve service level to the business
  • Liaise with the external audit as well as government organizations to ensure that tax returns and pricing are in compliance with related regulations
  • Assist and provide support to management in risk management and business continuity planning
  • Analysis of external environment to predict the impact to company business and identify appropriate measure
  • Monitor and control the functional expenses according to budgeting plan
  • Prepare  manpower plan for finance team and propose for approval
  • Work in collaboration with HR to ensure Talent Management and succession plan are in-place for finance team
  • Communicate Company's and business unit policy, direction and strategy to staff to ensure the same understanding
  • Manage function business and individual performance/ Provide coaching and mentoring to finance staff as and when appropriate
  • Advise how to improve process/procedure of the business unit
  • For activities where Finance identified as owner, you must ensure that the Department has QMS compliant process in place/in use. Attend LOC Quality Council to represent Finance function
  • Others as assigned by superior


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration
