Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute of the sales capability strategy and roadmap including specific tactics to ensure consistent knowledge, skills and attribute of salesforce.
  • Design and develop framework and detail curriculum for salesforce as per company's Sales Competency Framework.
  • Identify Sales performance gaps by working closely with sales leadership team and the entire sales organization to understand key sales drivers and challenges. Develop effective way to evaluate the effectiveness of people development solutions/interventions.
  • Communicates, tracks and reports records of training sessions. Analyze return on training (ROT) metrics to monitor learner performance pre/post training.
  • Increase salesforce effectiveness through people development solutions that address required competencies, skill gaps and training and development needs of salesforce.
  • Continue to optimize the framework, roadmap, curriculum and people development solutions to support the long-term business growth and evolving/changing business needs/environment.
  • Accountable for annual budget development and management for Sales Capability team including planning, monitoring, allocating, and spending.
  • Ensure that the global/zone frameworks and best practices are used as designed and are maximized to address market needs/requirements.
  • Maximize the learning platforms (LMS, mobile solutions) to enable the learning on the go for the salesforce
  • Ensure learning aids/materials are useful and cost effective and enable competencies/SKAs improvement

Qualifications

  • 5-7 year experience in sales, FMCG industry: selling concepts, best practices, and procedures
  • 3-5 year experience managing salesforce capability/effectiveness including supervisory experience in corporate training design, delivery and assessment
