  • Manage and oversee transport operation for OPLCB small truck and small truck fleet
  • Manage transportation job execution for OPLCB Small truck to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize company’s resource utilization and achieve performance level as committed with client while complying with budgets and the principals of SAFE
  • Manage LCB fleet’s personnel and equipment to optimize efficiency and utilization
  • Perform daily review of transportation volume and plan to ensure resources are effectively deployed to satisfy client demand
  • Daily review of job order that has yet been dispatched in Dispo system and pending job order for cash settlement
  • Coach/train fleet personnel to understand operational process, role & responsibility. Keep monitoring to ensure established operational processes are strictly followed
  • Develop, review and improve working procedures to maintain high standards of operational and efficiency, productivity, quality of service, reliability, safety and a healthy work environment
  • Monitor billing support document status to ensure on-time submission of billing support document
  • Review PNL result and initiate action plan to improve the result or rectify the area with shortfall
  • Review monthly KPI result and initiate action plan to improve the result or rectify the area with shortfall
  • Attend performance review meeting with client, generate action plan to improve and rectify shortfall and ensure client satisfaction of MON performance
  • Work closely with client care to deliver great service experience to client
  • Work closely and support planning team to implement cost saving/utilization improvement initiative
  • Act as a coach and mentor to subordinates on operational activities to resolve/prevent problems and facilitate skills development including training & development plans for subordinates to meet business objectives
  • Support and promote company core values (SAFE), continuous improvement culture or other improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
  • Responsibility as well as follow up in the quality management policy and security safety occupational health and environment policy along with consistently
  • At all times, act in accordance with and to promote the company’s communicated core values as defined through SAFE
  • Perform other tasks. As assigned by supervisor


  • BSc/BEng in Engineering, Logistics or related filed; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience (at least 7 years) as manager for logistic operation team.
  • Possess knowledge and experience of fleet management, transport operation
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • People management skill
  • Strong leadership and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Logical mindset with strong problem-solving skill
