A Leading Multinational Oil & Gas Company
Report to
Country HR Manager


  • Administer reward products, policies and processes consistently in the country under company group guideline.     
  • Administer annual compensation & benefit survey, analyze survey data and review benefit & compensation to be competitive when compare to the market.
  • Manage relevant transactional HR for payroll process, social security & personal income tax submission and manage external HR service providers to ensure on time and high quality of outputs.
  • Deliver HR transactional activities related to reward and employee benefits, resourcing, learning & development, expatriation payroll & administration and maintenance of employee record (GPD) via SAP.
  • Administer annual and on-going employee benefit activities such as Medical Check-up, Group Health and Life Insurance, Housing Loan, etc. to support participating staff, and therefore create good organizational morale.
  • Provide HR Reports, Headcount Report, Staff Cost Budget and Global People Data / other HRIS to support the requirement of the concerned BU and for strategic planning.
  • Put in place and review HR policy concerning HR processes and Compensation & Benefit.
  • Develop, review and maintain secure and readily available the necessary and appropriate information, documents and records, all those relevant to payroll, salary review and all relevant reward documentation.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and correctness of payroll under low automation environment.
  • Represent HR Thailand Team in the context of Rewards.


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR Administration especially on reward
  • Capable of reviewing and making proposal on reward and other HR Policies
  • Ability to make business sound advice based on market data analysis e.g. Sale Incentive Plan
  • Analytical Skill - data analysis in previous role with proven track record
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn & face challenges, personal credibility
  • Presentation & Facilitation skills
  • High Customer service orientation
  • English proficiency
  • Computer literate, preferable Advance Excel Program
