Mission and Main Objectives

  • Responsible for Compensation & Benefits Research, Analysis and Administration for ASEAN countries.
  • Ownership for Compensation & Benefits Development in ASEAN

Major Challenges & Key Success Factors

  • Lead all processes of Annual Remuneration Survey with Mercer
  • Analyze the company competitive pay position against target competitors
  • Design and prepare the salary increase model, variable bonus target and benefits program
  • Develop, review and propose Salary Structure to attract and maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Design and develop Promotional Increase Model/Structure for all salary grade of local national employees
  • Key contact for ASEAN HR managers on any related to Compensation & Benefits’ regional policy and practice
  • Responsible for Compensation Program Development including
  • Competitive compensation surveys
  • Benchmark positions/position matching process
  • Survey data analysis and interpretation
  • Development of annual merit allocation
  • Development of salary ranges
  • New or revised program proposal development and approval processes
  • Lead the annual salary planning cycle including the development of the merit quota, local bonus plan and presenting analyses and recommendations to Management.
  • Participate in the salary survey and lead research and analysis of market data to ensure competitive compensation programs.
  • Work with functional managers on job evaluation and job matching for salary survey.
  • Analyzing the company's competitive pay position and recommending salary range.
  • Develop and propose Merit planning, Bonus guidelines and process.
  • Coordinate the Bonus metrics setting and communication process.
  • Plan, develop and implement compensation, Reward & Recognition program and policies.
  • Monitor the compensation aspect of the promotion and merit rating programs to ensure adherence to established policies.
  • Administer salary and bonus program for all employee.
  • Recommend and implement new benefit programs as needed to support the Company's business objectives and to maintain its competitive position within the market.
  • Advise HR business leaders on salary recommendation on hiring and promotion according to guidelines.
  • Oversee and administer HR database, PeopleSoft and Eagle Time Attendance, to ensure employees has been recorded and pay correctly.


  • Bachelor / Master degree in HR or any related fields
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Professional Exposure in Compensation & Benefits
  • Expertise in analytical , negotiation and English communication skills
  • Have Presentation skills
