A leading international pharmaceutical and medical device company
Report to
National Sales Manager


  • Increasing sales volume: responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Providing information, motivation and consultancy to the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers including distributors and dealers and monitoring their sales performance.
  • Working closely with the sales team to establish strong business patterns and increase the company’s market share, liquidity and profitability.
  • Implementing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Exploring new markets and customer opportunities.
  • Able to work up-country


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or higher in related fields
  • Have minimum 3 year experience in sales as a Sales manager, preferably with experience in pharmaceutical business
  • Have a strong leadership skill and competency in building and developing team
  • Be self-motivated, result-oriented, team-player and service minded
  • Hands on, strong work ethic, Sales Driven, Sales Hunter
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
