Marketing Analysis Manager

People Management

Select, train, develop, motivate and monitor performance of direct reports and develop a succession plan, in order to enhancement skill sets needed to develop business strategy and achieve departmental objectives within People-Service-Profit guidelines.

Strategic Market Analysis

Collaborate cross-functionally on revenue/service strategy and determine the required quantitative analysis or market and competitive information; train and direct team to conduct analysis with appropriate methodology; review, approve and communicate final results; assist Senior/Executive Management in developing divisional strategic decisions/recommendations for the division and/or for the Corporation in order to identify revenue and growth opportunities, ensure strategy implementation, and effectively measure business performance.

Product & Service Development

Train and direct team to conduct feasibility analysis of new products/services, electronic commerce or internet development based on corporate and customer requirements, competitive issues and market condition; prioritize projects and develop appropriate strategies and tactics; train and direct team to develop the required marketing mixes, if appropriate, and ensure the proper development process is followed; review, approve and communicate the final results; and direct the team to monitor and manage the launch and product/service lifecycle, in order to identify and develop business solutions achieving customer satisfaction and generating revenue for the company by maximizing the value proposition.

Forecasting, Analysis / Business Planning

Lead and direct team to develop regular forecast, annual the business plan calendar and appropriate processes; review preliminary revenue plan forecast; discuss with Sales, Finance and Regional Marketing to develop a business plan to be raised to the APAC Officer Team; integrate corporate expectations and ensure progress on business plan development, in order to set revenue targets for the division, facilitate other functions in determining their budget requirements and measure performance.

Flight Scheduling Analysis & Allocation

Lead and direct team to conduct analysis based on ideas and alternatives from upper

management; analyze business objectives and impact on flight scheduling; assign required quantitative analysis and methodology; review and communicate results of the analysis; ensure effective allocation plans are developed to facilitate the optimal utilization of the APAC flight capacity; lead development of appropriate mathematical models to determine revenue optimized plan, in order to maximize APAC revenue generation and satisfy customer demands through proper flight network design and management.

MIS Development & Administration

Lead and direct team to develop and implement effective and efficient information systems, databases, and mathematical models to support Marketing and other functions; lead and direct the development of quantitative methods and modes of technical support to APAC Marketing in measuring market performance; recommend and approve application tools and hardware requirement, in order to provide convenient data access and appropriate information to the specific internal users.


Prepare and submit annual budget to upper management; control, monitor and report results on a monthly basis in order to effectively manage resources and achieve budget targets.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related quantitative fields.  MBA preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in Marketing Management with proven results in research & analysis, new product & service development, marketing communications, brand building and team leadership
  • Quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Strategic marketing theories/techniques (market research, service development, analysis)
  • Knowledge of computer database or information system development
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, analytical, planning & organization skills
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and people skills for the successful interface with executive management and officers of the company
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
