Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with CMO to deliver a digital marketing campaign that is consistent with the brand values and objectives
  • Develop through traditional Brand Management processes starting with market research, competitive analysis, developing positioning, pricing and marketing communications
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Digital marketing plans focusing on customer retention, growing revenues and improving profitability
  • Execute, to a very high standard, the marketing content and communication plans
  • Contribute to the market research program and competitive intelligence function
  • Build technical capability within the marketing function in order to be able to execute “joined up” Digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple marketing agency relationships to ensure high value return on marketing investment
  • Work closely with the retail organization, finance, IT and key business partners to deliver a coherent set of digital activities and return on investment

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand the business and consumers
  • Deep understanding and experience with the whole range of Digital marketing platforms and technologies
  • Ideally the candidate will have several years’ experience of operating in the field of Digital marketing, at a Marketing led organization
  • High level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility
  • Experience of running multi-faceted marketing campaigns using all digital media
  • Solid Knowledge in Digital Marketing Skills deep understanding and experience with the whole range of Digital marketing platforms and technologies
  • Results-oriented, strong problem solving, analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
