Report to
Technical Operation Leader (ASEAN)


  • Analyze all elements of the supply chain to develop/improve the procedures to optimize the process within the team and others by ensuring to follow Global Function and company strategies
  • To review and validate the demand forecast as well as the quality of data before updating in SAP to ensure the accuracy of the demand data generating from MRP and firmed plan listing for ASEAN Operating Unit and GAM to ensure timely replenishment of the materials
  • Participate in product life cycle management, divestment and pruning, non/slow-moving/nearly expired items management
  • Enhance customer satisfaction level through supply reliability and quality. Working closely with Quality team, Customer Service (Domestic & Export) and Warehouse team for product availability with required quality and delivery schedule to domestic and export customers
  • To anticipate in Demand and Supply Chain by taking action timely and efficiently
  • Fully responsible to communicate with Interco customers for demand forecast and supply information
  • Ensure the correctness and timeliness of physical count inventory process for each warehouse as well as stock reconciliation report with Contract Manufacturers according to company SOP
  • Responsible for Purchasing & Procurement of all Direct Materials (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods); Focus on API and Finished Goods based on Sales forecast and Production plan
  • To perform activities timely and efficiently related to the procurement of materials and services through overseas and local suppliers with the lowest possible logistics cost while negotiates lowest possible materials cost balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs
  • Responsible for Cost Saving initiative under area of responsibility. Monitoring and reviewing that all cost saving incurred from the activities of all function in TechOps will be collected and included in the saving data reporting each month and timely input in the system (Save Track) by the team
  • To ensure timely updating for related SOP to get along with new agreed practice, new compliances and policy. Also ensure that all activities in Supply Chain & Procurement follow the instruction in approved SOP
  • Focus on communication effectively with others both internally and externally: especially other functions in TechOps, Quality, CMOs, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • To perform other duties to support strategic direction from Superior / Global projects and as reasonably assigned by Superior
  • Ensure compliance of all activities to all corporate policies and compliances



  • Bachelor’s degree at any related field and/or MBA in Supply Chain/Logistics from reputable University
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics, Purchasing and Procurement as well as international business coordination
  • Experience in Production is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in managerial role
  • Demonstrate advanced strategic conceptual thinking capability and strong analytical/problem-solving skills to anticipate and recognize systemic problems, diagnose root causes and work with others to influence corrective actions
  • Knowledgeable in internal control and business compliances
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated experience managing both small and complex projects
  • Advance knowledge and skill in SAP system (MM Module) and MS-Excel
  • Experience in Animal Health or Pharmaceutical Company is preferred
