Report to
Head of Business Unit


  • Ensure achievement and continual growth of sales and profit objectives in assigned channels (MT and TT) through development of effective trade marketing strategies, merchandizing guidelines and promotion plans by channel to sales team, and the effective management and development of the distribution network in line with the established plans and policies of the organization
  • Develop trade objectives, strategy, plan and prioritization tactics to achieve sales target for assigned channel
  • Achieve sales objectives in assigned channel through management of overall distributor sales operation, spending, in-store execution, and customer management
  • Ensure effectiveness of assigned channel strategy with control and tracking of overall trade marketing and sales budget for both PFME and trade spend
  • Develop merchandising and visibility guidelines, price structure,  promotion strategy, POSM , and other trade activities direction for assigned channel
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure customer management such as business review, join business plan, and trading term management
  • Provide trade and channel insight during Innovation & Renovation projects, including the development and communication of the trade launch and deliver a new product launches to the market & ensure effective implementation of the plan
  • Ensure full compliance to WHO-Code, policies and Instructions and local legislation in the context of delivering objectives by self/entire Team
  • Work in line with WHO Code, the national Code and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all activities are in strict compliance with the WHO Code, Instructions and local country Code and Ensure execution by regular refresh training



  • Minimum 10-year sales management or trade marketing management in FMCG, category management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in District Manager or Area Manager level with strong experience of FMCG distributor management and must have experience to lead set up the new distributor process  (include both credit and cash van team)
