A world leading company in convenient snacks and beverages


  • Lead short term and long term brand strategy by identify issues and opportunities including AOP & SBP plan development and 24 month innovation pipeline.
  • Lead, monitor and supervise execution of marketing activities based on agreed annual calendar while ensure alignment of all related functions.
  • Continuous improvement champion; identify business issues, opportunities and way forwards and ensure in market product quality consistency.
  • Manage brand A&M such as budgeting & tracking and Coordination of bi-monthly review.
  • Lead execution of core brand execution based on AOP.
  • Develop and coach direct reports.



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Master degree is a plus.
  • 5 year experience in Marketing, both NPD and Brand Activations.
  • Leadership skills, able to lead team and drive actions.
  • Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution.
  • Good relationship building and teamwork.
  • Good planning and managing performance of self.
  • Initiative and flexible.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Good command in both Thai & English.
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Office.
