Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall marketing activities of pet care category in the ASEAN region,
  • Device short-term and long-term brand plan and marketing strategies for long-term business growth in the ASEAN region,
  • Develop and oversee concept launch/re-launch pipeline that fits into brand strategy and positioning,
  • Oversee P&L of the portfolio; sales forecasts and marketing budgets, also adapt plans to improve the sales & EBITA performance,
  • Works with trade marketing and sales to identify programming to generate incremental sales and profitability,
  • To supervise and encourage team to initiate marketing activities that answer brand challenges with measurable ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Experiences in marketing management in multi-national FMCG company at least 10 years,
  • Regional marketing management is preferable,
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken,
  • Passion and fighting spirit is a must
