Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects (single module) independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met);
  • Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the areas of engagement, performance or career solution areas;
  • Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated;
  • Work with senior consultants to develop client solutions and recommendations;
  • Manage and lead junior team members – as part of project team;
  • Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to project management teams;
  • Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Engineering or Human Resource from a renowned university.
  • 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of talent management (performance, competency, or engagement) or leadership assessment and development. Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.
  • Has broad knowledgeable about day-to-day HR operations and how information issues integrate with HR functions and other areas of the organization.
  • Experience working on HR Transformation and manpower planning projects
  • Master’s in Business Administration or Organizational Psychology from a renowned university would be desirable
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills – especially report writing.
  • Effective facilitation skills – able to facilitate workshop / training sessions effectively.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills, able to independently run small projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability.
  • Proven client management or account management skills.
  • Lead and support business development activities
  • Actively network in the market and source new clients.
  • Enjoys building relationships and is a team player.
  • Support our brand building activities by developing and delivering thought leadership in the market
