Report to
Practice Leader, Leadership Thailand


  • Manage projects (single / double modules) independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability targets are met)
  • Lead and deliver complex & large sized projects in the area of Leadership - Assessment, Leadership Development, Succession Management and other organizational development programs
  • Manage key client relationships in the area of Leadership consulting and to ensure client satisfaction
  • As the senior in the team, you will coach, mentor and manage performance and career of team members
  • Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated;
  • Support the Talent and Performance team in business building and project delivery.
  • Along with the Leadership Practice lead you will be responsible for country revenue generations and sales pipeline of the Leadership team.
  • Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships as well as play a key role in integrated cross practice proposals in Malaysia.
  • Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team


  • Bachelors Degree (preferably, HRM, Psychology, Business) holder from a renowned university
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of organizational or leadership development. Prior consulting experience will be advantageous
  • Has broad knowledgeable about day-to-day HR operations and how it integrates with business outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, able to independently run large integrated projects, ensuring quality, timelines and profitability
  • Highly energetic and driven to raise the bar of performance
  • Proven client management, account management skills and confidence to engage with clients at top leadership level
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience conducting workshops or training
  • Enjoys building relationships and is a team player
