Responsibilities:

  • Brand Manager in assigned product performance and activity, build brand equity and achieve in both business and marking objective.
  • Generate new ideas and implement right tactics for product growth
  • Oversee product plan both short term and long term
  • Successfully launch new products agreed in the roadmap
  • Make sure advertising and promotion are implemented to enhance brand equity
  • Using effective and efficient media to reach target market
  • Oversee marketing research to understand consumer’s needs
  • Develop annual marketing and activities campaign
  • Manage product forecast and trend and effectively communicate to the production team at the factory
  • Monitor competitor activity and perform pricing comparisons
  • Compile monthly reports to analyze sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, Male/Female, age over 30 year old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
  • More than 5 years experiences working in Brand Manager Marketing or Sales field in food company
  • A creative thinker with a mature and positive attitude to work.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of marketing with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
  • Good English communication (written and spoken)
  • Good personality, team moderation, enthusiastic, active and good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy, MS Office is a must
