Responsibilities:

  • To define brand in-store strategy and priorities by channel and ensure flawless execution.
  • To be in charge of formulating merchandising strategy (space, location, branding and listing guidelines)
  • To develop trade promotional master plan/calendar based on a segmented channel perspective.      
  • To maximize brand awareness and consumer sales for our products through strong retail marketing implementations
  • Secure strong sales and marketing alignment through cross functional collaboration to improve retail execution such as new product launch and tracking, Promotion support.
  • To engage in category development project with customer such as Category Captain
  • To cooperate with agency to develop key visual from brand team into POSM by format by channel
  • To join demand forecast meeting to monitor and review bottom up volume phasing by month by account to in line with marketing and promotion program.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of working experience with minimum 4 years of trade marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of trade marketing and preferably some experience in either sales or marketing
  • Marketing education at bachelor level or similar business degree
  • Analytical skills on the level of project KPIs evaluation
  • Very good communicator, eloquent, able to create good relations internally in the organization as well as externally
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams
