Job Purpose:

  • Ensure that all aspects of the handling and distribution of the company's pharmaceutical products in Thailand comply with the requirements of the compamy’s Pharma Corporate Quality Manual and Policies and meet all relevant cGMP regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure that a local Quality System and Standard Operating Procedures are in place for all GxP related activities and that compliance with cGMP is maintained through training and internal audits.
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to third parties and ensure that they are qualified, achieve a high level of competence and are motivated to carry out their duties in a safe manner.
  • Ensure that coordinated contact is maintained with the Regulatory Authorities, the local partners (suppliers, third parties, licensed, and distributors) and Global Quality Assurance.
  • Ensure that all drug products are released in accordance with the registered specifications and are released to the market in accordance with local/international regulations and ensure that a respective Change Control procedure is in place.
  • Manage external inspections, complaint, recalls, counterfeits and product tampering according to the company’s Corporate Quality Manual and local written procedures.
  • Ensure conduct of adequate training at the CPO for all GMP and GDP related activities by defining, planning and supporting training activities.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Medical Science.
  • Min. 5 years experiences in the pharmaceutical industry in a relevant field such as quality assurance, quality control, registration or production or a directly related field.
  • English fluent in speaking/writing.
