HR Department Manager
Successful

Responsibilities:

  • Promotion of the company’s core value company-wide-Bangkok and all plant locations
  • Organize and roll-out employee engagement survey and succeed routine steps, focus group, improvement action plan establishment and plan establishment and following up
  • Oversight those communication and other change management activities of HR functions with all stakeholders
  • Suggest and consult or on-hand support to other departments in own or related practice as it may required

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • 7-8 years’ experience in HR functions, change management, implementing HR initiatives or projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
  • International exposure in diversified working environment will be an advantage
