Job Purpose:

Effective supervision of respective sales team to achieve company business results and maximize sales team efforts through inter department co-ordination and manage Key Accounts.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Lead, coach and motivate team to result oriented through performance management and take consequential measures for under performers.
  • Involve in functional skills development of people through necessary training ( Sales Academy).
  • Sales volume growth and optimizing profitability with Key Accounts.
  • Analysis of area sales and competitor, development and execution of area sales plan in line with company business target.
  • Co-ordinate inter-department activities to support area’s effort to maximize results.
  • Demonstrate skills & decision in business operation of area with focus on profitable sales & competitive activities.
  • Generate information and provide feedbacks to the Business Unit head on field operations.
  • Conduct administrative functions for smooth operation of the area. 

Qualification:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science, a MBA is an advantage
  • Have minimum 3 year experience in the same position
  • Have a strong leadership skill and competency in building and developing team
  • Be self-motivated, result-oriented, team-player and service minded
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
