Responsibilities

  • Identifies potential growth within the existing portfolio, follows up and maximizes impact from the existing partnership projects.
  • Looks for external opportunities of growth to complement current portfolio, explores synergies and medical targets.
  • Identifies and analyzes possible strategic alliances, local acquisitions and opportunities for licensing-in in close coordination with other functions.
  • Coordinates with Business Units and ensure the BD projects completed
  • Contact point with Regional Business Development team


Qualification

  • University graduate in marketing, finance or related fields. Science/Pharmacy and MBA is preferred.  
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development and/or Marketing and Sale with in depth knowledge of Business environment, highly prefer in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in M&A process is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skill, Strategic Planning, Project Management and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Initiative and enterprise, Good organizational and time-management skills 
  • Highly self-motivated and work effectively under matrix organization
  • Above intermediate level English language
  • Common computer software programs, i.e. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
