Responsibilities
- Identifies potential growth within the existing portfolio, follows up and maximizes impact from the existing partnership projects.
- Looks for external opportunities of growth to complement current portfolio, explores synergies and medical targets.
- Identifies and analyzes possible strategic alliances, local acquisitions and opportunities for licensing-in in close coordination with other functions.
- Coordinates with Business Units and ensure the BD projects completed
- Contact point with Regional Business Development team
Qualification
- University graduate in marketing, finance or related fields. Science/Pharmacy and MBA is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development and/or Marketing and Sale with in depth knowledge of Business environment, highly prefer in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in M&A process is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skill, Strategic Planning, Project Management and coordination with stakeholders.
- Initiative and enterprise, Good organizational and time-management skills
- Highly self-motivated and work effectively under matrix organization
- Above intermediate level English language
- Common computer software programs, i.e. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
