Responsibilities:

• Implement all sales action plans related to industry zoning area (Japanese and Korean markets)
• Solicit, establish and maintain files on major active accounts within responsibility with continuous probing for potential accounts
• Plan sales calls activities under the direct approval of Director of Marketing / Director of Sales to major areas / industries, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific zones
• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major areas through sales solicitation, telephone contact and social networking
• Actively participates in achieving the Sales & Marketing budget

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in this role
• Minimum 4 years of experience in this role to be considered Senior Sales Manager
• Knowledge on any account management system, knowledgeable in Corporate, Travel Trade, MICE business market trends
• A persuasive personality and with effective sales presentation skills is preferred
• Relevant University Qualifications (e.g. Hospitality Management or Marketing)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
