Report to
Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the right strategy for the brand.
  • How to motivate & negotiate internal and external team to work as planned to achieve brand’s target
  • Time management & how to prioritize multitasks
  • Ensure all marketing activities are implemented as planned with time constraint for field visit
  • Data / information analyzing – how to compile bits and pieces of information into a comprehensive action plan to drive the brand
  • Anticipate competitors’ activities such as NPD, brand strategy, advertising promotion campaign
  • Gathering market intelligence
  • Developing brand strategy
  • Developing & implementing marketing plan, advertising & promotional plan based on the agreed budget
  • Initiate and coordinating new product development
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties in all matters that concern brand management to drive brand performance

​Qualification:

  • Master degree in Business Administration. Marketing major is preferable.
  • At least 5 years product management experience from FMCG companies
  • Self-starter with good strategic thinking & analytical skills, creative & initiative, strong leadership skills & ability to work with people of different mindsets, resilient & able to perform well under pressures, decisive.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong in Communication and analytical skill.
  • Experience in team management would be advantage.
