Key Account Manager – Respiratory & Allergy Market Access (90-130K)

Responsibilities:

Key Accounts Sales Strategies

  • Drive sales achievement and growth of key accounts
  • Gain key account insights on their usage behavior and area that need to develop to drive growth of each account
  • Design the training need for both doctors and staff of each account with closely monitoring
  • Develop and communicate a clear understanding of Allergan’s business goals and strategies.  This includes a solid understanding of Allergan’s competitive advantage
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team to develop long-term strategic relationships with KOLs and customer

Key Accounts Execution

  • Work closely with the Marketing in executing key marketing activities by account
  • Develop promotional tool and campaign need for each account
  • Ensure excellent in execution on training program with KPIs monitoring
  • Ensuring you are fully briefed on all new campaigns / materials and their related strategies.  Reviewing all material prior to in-house training being conducted or communication being delivered to customers to determine whether you should take a lead or supporting role

Key Account Management Team

  • Encourage the good working environment with fully collaboration with sales and marketing team
  • Sharing best practice of key accounts program to other team member for their application in the lower tier accounts
  • Managing the teams’ expenses within the agreed budget and contributing towards the setting of future budgets

Clinical Knowledge

  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the products and anatomy and how each product is best used.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Allergan’s competitors and their product ranges.  Being able to respectfully communicate the value difference in terms of efficiency, safety, price, market strategy, etc
  • Keeping up to date on all relevant domestic and international clinical studies; using this information to provide additional sales support, keeping abreast of market developments, and engaging clients

Qualification:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree of Pharmaceutical science or healthcare related degree
  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience within a sales/marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry, enabling a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Facial Aesthetic portfolio is preferable
  • Good strategic thinking and people management

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a team atmosphere and work cooperatively with other teams
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure within strict deadlines
  • Strong general computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for sales and the medical aesthetics market
