Responsibilities:

Business Operation

  • Provide strategic, operational and communications support to the Country Manager and cross-functional team to enhance business objectives clarity, engagement, and organizational efficiency
  • Leads the development and implementation of the Operating Plan and Business Review for the country; subsequently manages periodic financial and operational scorecards and reporting mechanisms
  • Key liaison / facilitator with commercial/global functions and other business units to gain alignment and support; coordinate with the other regional/local cross functional colleagues to identify and implement assigned projects, MA initiatives on the company priorities, and to ensure consistency in over-arching processes and systems
  • Supports planning, implementation and management of Thailand/Vietnam priorities including operational excellence related initiative, development of business technology and decision-making tools/workshop, meeting content development and coordination  
  • Makes practical and effective recommendations to prioritize issues and opportunities, bring appropriate resources, best practices and expertise to the issue.
  • Work with Leadership Team to creates an environment that encourages “compliance mindset & behavior” and organizational culture
  • Work with distributors and commercial functions to improve work process, develop and simplify commercial SOP to improve efficiency
  • Promotes continuous improvement initiatives and colleague engagement activities

Market Access

  • Develop plan and implement activities that relate to an expansion of company business in new territories: Myanmar, Cambodia
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and Commercial Leads to identify and develop plan for new/untapped segment, reimbursement and pricing schemes to support commercial team  

Qualification:

  • MBA or equivalent degree; position requires at least 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or like function with demonstrated success working with the commercial organization
  • Strong experience in coordinating and working with Management level especially Commercial Lead and Functional Leads to develop and execute projects 
  • Strong experience in project management &/or specific experience in commercial operations, BAI
  • Must have proven ability to manage complex situations in a matrix organizational structure through the participation in or leadership of cross-functional teams, together with strong team membership skills.
  • Comfortable working with Senior Leaders; competence in developing senior leadership presentations
  • Strong project and program management skills, including change leadership
