Responsibilities:

• D&A controller: tracking vs budget and plan by channel by account
• D&A Analysis: variance analysis on which mechanic  which part driven D&A variance
• D&A Forecast: able to forecast D&A base on upcoming activity plan
• A&M controller: tracking actual  vs budget/ plan
• A&M analysis: provide variance analysis for any driven change from plan by working with budget owners (trade marketing)
• A&M Forecast: work with marketing for forecasting spending plan by activity and by brand
• A&M budget management: work with finance on  WBS creation and budget releasing (SAP)
• D&A and A&M facilitator to all stake owners as a monthly basis to foster a relationship that allows full cross functional transparency and trust, ensuring clear insights to potential budget risks and/or spending gap to budget management
• Own D&A and A&M reporting and ensure key stakeholders understand risks to total D&A and A&M budget
