Responsibilities:

  • Develop CRM processes and define actions with the aim to achieve the uniform database.
  • Providing customer segmentation for campaign planning and execution. The task includes the analysis of customer insights derived from all available and reliable sources and provide, together with the team pragmatic recommendation mainly for sales-, customer relationship management.
  • Development of measures to improve customer data quality and collection customer consent.
  • Development of measures to improve and monitor the processes and quality service of CRM Dealer Standards
  • Measure dealer standard of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Customer Database Management (CDM) and Customer Contact Center (CCC).
  • Monitor & report CRM activities and customer data quality on Wholesale and retail level on regular base.
  • Conduct Dealer Training on Data and CRM topics.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or Master’s degree in Marketing Communication, or Related field
  • Over 3 years’ experience in marketing/CRM business  with international/global player, having marketing background, CRM systems and Database management
  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, collaboration and organization.
  • Know how to apply CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Roll out & Operation process, experience in Project Management
