Responsibilies:
Sales Force Effectiveness
- Initiate and implement SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs for physician, clinic staff and specialty FFs across the country
- Drive FF productivity and improve quality and transparency of resource allocation decision making by targeting & segmentation, territory design/alignment, FF capacity planning, product allocation, call plan design and monitoring, customer acquisition strategies and action plans, performance measurement and monitoring, FF ROI analysis for all FF lines
- Develop, upgrade and monitor FF incentive systems
- Align with company strategies and objectives on sales and promotion plans and incentive schemes
- Implement local SFE performance monitoring dashboards and provide regular reports to General Manager
Training and Development
- Secure upgrading and up skilling of all commercial team
- Define key competencies for the various sales functions (PS, SM, NSM) and MA/Marketing functions (MSL, PDE) who interact direct to customers
- Drive periodical assessment of competencies on individual employee and FF line level
- Develop training modules (classroom, F2F, FLM coaching, train the trainer, web based, reading materials) to increase medical and scientific, analytic, customer oriented and leadership competencies in commercial team
CRM Management
- Work closely with marketing team developing CRM program to support commercial team to enhance customer engagement
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in business administration or comparable studies
- SFE and/or training manager experience of minimum 3 years is a must
- Background of working experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must and Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is advantage
- Profound skills in market and competitor analysis
- Strong analytical skills and high learning agility
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Superior ability to communicate, collaborate effectively, and push things through/across a matrixed company
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Good command of spoken and written English
