Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support clinical training and/or facilitation to customers at clinics, clinical workshops, master classes, and training meetings.
• Effectively communicate product specific messages and differentiation versus the competitors to customers.
• Determine clinical and knowledge needs and provide clinical facilitation to customers to ensure their competency and confidence in products.
• Formulate clinical development plans for your top accounts and review with Medical Affairs Manager.
• Set up at clinics the clinical training events, trainers, presentation, facilitation and work with the Medical Science Liaisons and Medical Affairs Manager.
• Collect, analyze, and share clinical insights, customer insights, and competitor intelligence obtained from field.
• Provide expert advice to colleagues within the organization based on knowledge gained from professional experience or training

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in clinical trainer role, aesthetics field, or related disciplines within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
• Independent, enthusiastic, with good communication skills
• Ability to guide a group to acquire skills, make decisions or complete tasks by facilitating group communication, using interpersonal skills and influence strategies to build relationships.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Ability to travel – approximately 80% of time will be spent in the field to conduct clinical trainings and workshops.
