Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly budgeting process (latest best estimate) of division in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia
• Coordinate with Commercial Team to prepare commentary of actual sales, P&L, and Balance-Sheet
• Analyze Sales performance variance (including Price & Volume variance).
• Reconcile Cost and TCGM factor.
• Regularly update billing price and standard cost.
• Control and monitor receivable balance to ensure distributor payment within contractual terms.
• Calculate monthly DSO, DOH and annual Stock Revaluation Variance
• Monitor and record A&P spending of Thailand & Myanmar to ensure budget alignment
• Monitor overhead cost to ensure budget alignment
• Record and verify Warehouse and Distributor expenses and incentive calculation for Thailand Trade team
• Work with Accounting team for month end closing: Sales allowance, expense accrual
• Monitor balance of ERV (Exchange Rate Variance) fund for Myanmar and take appropriate action if surplus or deficit of the budget
• Lead monthly S&OP meeting for Myanmar.
• Record and verify cost charge and incentive calculation for Myanmar
• Handle credit notes for distributors for expired, short stock or damaged items
• Work closely with Supply Chain for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects with cross-functional team (e.g. Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing sites)

Qualification:

• Minimum 3-year experiences in MNC. 
• Basic understanding of Financial Planning and Supply Chain Management
• Advanced knowledge of excel spreadsheets
• Able to work under different time zone.
• Strong command of English.
